Join Us As We Pray and Fast Together For 21 Days 6am-3pm

Fasting, or going without food or drink, has been practiced for thousands of years around the world. While fasting has several physical health benefits, the goal of this fast is spiritual—to bring us closer to God, to ask for His blessings upon ourselves or others, and to strengthen our faith.

Even Jesus, who had perfect faith, fasted (see Luke 4:1–4). If you find yourself in need of God’s guidance or feeling far from His presence, you can also fast.

Instructions: 

During 6am-3pm we will be in prayer and fasting. (Water, Tea, Coffee and Juice is permitted during the fast.
